Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were much nicer than my companions', but mine was simply not fit for warm weather. The wallpaper was shedding, and the shower temperature was unreliable. On the bright side, the staff provided excellent service, especially the bar staff and waiters. The location was brilliant for my business trip, but the dining experience was hit-and-miss.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting my needs for a short stay. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with noise. The location was convenient but had a few drawbacks. The dining experience was not as expected. Despite some downsides, the hotel offered good value for money.
The hotel's location is excellent for attending the Garsington Opera and exploring the Chilterns. The rooms are decent but show signs of wear and could use bathroom updates. The service was friendly and attentive. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved in terms of consistency. Overall, a good pick for a business trip or exploring the Thames Valley.
